Jorja has made a seismic impact since joining Tesco Bank’s Search Marketing Team as an Executive in September 2021. Over the last 12 months, Jorja has delivered on her early promise in spades, being promoted to Search Marketing Manager in June 2023 where she has taken on a channel leadership role with the General Insurance product set. 

Here Jorja has taken the initiative and worked collaboratively with both Google and our search agency partner to develop and deploy a holistic one search strategy across PPC and SEO. Her approach here has epitomised a progressive mindset, a constant drive to learn and improve, and a willingness to be a brave ‘early adopter’. Jorja has led the deployment of a complete PPC account rebuild across our insurance accounts, the deployment of our first Performance Max campaigns (which are accounting for over 20% of conversions at a - 54% lower cost per conversion than non-Pmax campaigns in the Pet Insurance PPC account), a full creative excellence review, and secured significant incremental PPC channel investment through effective showcasing of performance gains to senior leadership within the business. 

Jorja has spearheaded incredible year on year performance gains; in Home Insurance, Jorja has driven year on year conversion growth of 46.1% whilst reducing cost per conversion by -43.3%, in Pet Insurance we’ve seen a 9.2% increase in sales, with a -21.0% reduction in cost, and in the Car Insurance space Jorja has delivered an incredible 124.3% growth in sales whilst reducing cost per conversion by -3.4%.
