Croud

At the heart of Croud's success, is our people. From its inception Croud has been, and will remain, a people-first agency. As our co-founders have always said from the outset - there’s no such thing as a great agency, just great people in agencies.

A key element of Croud's ethos is a focus on employee well-being and professional development so we invest heavily in training and development, offering in-person training, a bespoke training platform and access to LinkedIn Learning. We acknowledge the importance of work/life balance and productivity, allowing employees to flex their working hours and location. Initiatives such as Summer Fridays and weekly informal gatherings contribute to our positive and collaborative work culture. Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) remain a top priority for Croud, with our annual DE&I report outlining key initiatives, including community-building, enhanced policies and benefits, and partnerships with external organisations like the Black Young Professionals Network. Croud's achievements are not only celebrated internally (through dedicated chat rooms, award schemes, and socials) but we’re proud to have been named a Sunday Times Best Place to Work in 2023. This is a true testament to our dedication to employee satisfaction as only those companies that meet strict engagement criteria are recognised by The Sunday Times - with results based on an employee survey covering six key areas: Reward and Recognition; Information Sharing; Empowerment; Pride; Job Satisfaction; and Wellbeing. This is why we are #CroudandProud.
