Suzanna has been instrumental in building a consumer database of 17m emails and 12m households - spanning over 400 data points across various demographics - and appending real-time insight into what a consumer engages with. Today, Suzanna and her team work with brands to help them acquire new consumers and/or drive sales. Through the development of new solutions - First-Party Builds and the Attribution Pixel - esbconnect is able to overcome industry challenges such as browser- and device-level privacy changes impacting the ability to track performance, and loss of cookies impacting the ability to target deterministically. Suzanna’s innovation stems from recognising the true, ongoing value of an email address. Rather than just a piece of data for driving a specific marketing channel, it’s becoming a future-proof linchpin for data-driven marketing - online and offline - as industry changes prompt companies to evaluate their marketing strategies. In addition, not wanting to be constrained by social expectations, she has chosen to be present as both a new mother and a leader - and as a result of this experience, she has become an advocate for shared parental leave to be available to all, recognising that the burden and inequality of current expectations is stifling women’s careers.
