Performics’ Technology & Intelligence team was established 4 years ago. With an everchanging digital landscape, Performics recognised this and as a result created the T&I team to build modular, light-weight technology and solutions that bridge the gap between advertiser needs and channel capabilities, while growing organic revenue for clients - diversifying from campaign revenue alone.

The team has rapidly evolved, expanding from 8 to 21 members, and crafted over 20 proprietary tech solutions, including products that are often pivotal to pitch wins, increasing client growth & development, and multiple award winners. The adoption of our proprietary technology among clients has increased by 65% and expanded our client base by 18%. In addition to this, as teams have embraced a dedicated capability program also developed within T&I, total agency efficiency has propelled by 21%. This has been achieved through the automation of tasks like reporting, forecasting, and unlocking new capabilities through innovative technology. Specific pillars within the team have dedicated roles including Product Development, Capability, Client Development, and Operations. These are invaluable to Performics as a whole; ensuring all teams have access to efficient training programs (with benefits such as yielding a saving of 15 hours of planning time per account), managing our media partner relationships, and launching programmes such as Google Strive (a world-first enablement programme featuring our top talent), plus clear operational processes and structure to ensure new products are developed and accessible at pace.
