Kimberley, a driving force at Sharethrough, initiated impactful workshops on combating imposter syndrome, fostering an immediate positive impact among employees. Her commitment to fostering inclusivity led to the creation of the Women and Allies Employee Resource Group, fostering trust and support among Sharethroughers. Meanwhile, Education stands at the forefront of their efforts, with comprehensive workshops on allyship, bias mitigation, and inclusive language. They've also revolutionized recruitment practices by providing bias training, diversifying job platforms, and using inclusive language in job descriptions to ensure equal opportunities for all candidates. Their unwavering dedication to DEIB is evident through transparent communication and ongoing updates, reflecting a commitment to continual progress.
